What should I buy a model rocket or a model airplane?
considering the fact that they both cost the same
Rockets are much, much cheaper, and simpler. Losing them is part of the sport, but it's not so painful when the kit costs maybe 20 bucks and assembly is done in a day or two.
Airplanes, aside from ARF (almost-ready-to-fly) kits, take a LOT of time and effort to build, and damaging them or destroying them outright is painful!

Rocket! A lil more complicated but so much more worth it

I am a long term rocketry enthusiast, and I've built a few airplanes but I never had the guts to fly the planes!
