If you want a good on road car I would go with an hpi rs4 evo 3. If you want a good off road car you cant go wrong with an hpi rs4 mt. I personaly like hpi above all but traxxas, team losi, team associated, are good brands. Stay away from the shity asian cars. Basicaly anything you can get parts for at a hobby shop without ordering. I got my rs4 evo 3 for right around 325 and it was ready to go out of the box and dose about 70mph. And thats not scale.
