I haven't used it for about 2 years and there may be a bit of old fuel floating around in the tank….

Any tips for getting it started easily? I mean, cleaning or flushing it etc.

yes clean the tank out use some rubbing alcohol put it in and shake it around a bit also check your fuel lines they will get soft and may need replaced put alcohol in the carb also to get it ungummed from any oil that has sat in it don't run with it. the alcohol will dry fast any way if it is hard to start a SMALL amount of lighter fluid down the carb will help you get it started easier and check the glow plug too
