Dude @ 4;30 what stops him from just throwing his gear out and dropping the nose for a landing, JK guys I know its harder than in seems in my brain but that really looked like he could have easily floated out of that nose alpha and just set her down this guy has some serious talent

there is no thrust …
there is no thrust vectoring here…it's called either flaring or some other pilot term that fades my memory right now…thrust vectoring refers to actually changing the direction the exhaust vents face. The type of slow angled flying is more like "slow flight" in general aviation aircraft…high angle of attack with no altitude change.
