I was lucky when i put my 50cc CAP 232 into a tree… it was right at the top but the motor was still running. so i opened up the throttle and luckily the tree let go and it landed safely. only damage was a bit of torn covering…. lucky huh??!!

LOL!! THE WHOLE TREE BRANCH JUST BROKE OFF!! Heh yeah that first attempt to rescue the plane was what I always seemed to try when I got my Super CUb stuck in trees. I've spent so much time just throwing stuff at my plane until I finally realized that I could actually slam the throttle and the plane could get itself unstuck!Thats the good part about having the prop in front! heh. Great video!

I did get my plane …
I did get my plane back. I posted the entire saga on wattflyer DOT com (no url's in utube) I had to eventually cut down a tree to get it back but it is back in the air after CA. Great video, really tells a good story.

Actually it was back in the air fairly soon after this. Yep CA and activator are wonderful things. I never leave home without them. Sorry to hear about your EZ* though.

I just lost an easystar last week behind some trees. You got yours back, that's great. Get some elapor soup on, grab the CA, and the activator and get that thing back in the air. Might want to keep a chainsaw handy.
